Not for a second
Do I think that we're not understanding
I just don't think we could understand
All the choice that we faced
The chances we embraced
And the ones we let slip through our hands

So let me tell you
A thousand stories, some of which are true
They're all about me
But the best ones are with you.

Not for a second time
I sit myself down to unwind
All these tangled webs which we weave
I don't thnk we'll ever have the time
To make all of these meanings rhyme
Just means life is full before we leave.
