A year ago, we were born
Here in this stable,
Tonight it looks like your turn.
We've been here a whole year,
And so we will tell you
All the things we have learned.
First of all, don't be afraid,
Your shepherd will show you the way.
In your life, be kind to all,
In thanks for the gift of each day.
