Sarcasm, and some photos
So what I have realised in my first two weeks as a bank teller is that I really missed the sarcasm that Australians have. Americans can be sarcastic occasionally, but tend to explain it afterwards, somewhat spoiling the whole point of it. The women I work with are soooo sarcastic that it makes me forget that I have to wear a tie everyday, and that implies and ironed shirt, too. What a hassle.
Anyway, here's some pictures that have nothing to do with anything I just said.

that's awesome!! and, i mean that entirely NON-sarcastically ;)
Thanks for posting the great pics, EXCEPT the snake. I'm not so sure I'm coming to visit after all!! Maybe he could go on a vacation...
Are you walking up the driveway to the road in the last one?
D.
It snowed and it's cold. I can't decide if i'm happy or sad. I bet you don't miss that all that much.

Yeah that snake is rather off-putting. I wasn't there that day...
THe last picture is up walking up the drive of our neighbour's place, towards our place. We actually border four neighbours and the road. These folks are the ones whose cows are grazing on our land. Our driveway is more of a quick drop off the road towards the house - probably the least pretty parts of our bit.
Will ya draw me a map???
Matt, I really think we need to see a picture of you in the suit and tie! :D Yeah, I'm with libby. boo to snow... and cold. Ah well, MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Merry Christmas Matt...Have a happy snowy christmas!
I absolutely miss swapping the sarcasm with you!! I've got to get out your way and find some Australians to banter with...
Christine :-)
